Overview

Starting in 1993, Personable PC Solution provided contract database services. In 1996, a healthcare client asked us to develop Eligibility Manager to allow them to reduce the costs and inaccuracies they were experiencing with their IPAs' eligibility data.

Over 50 clients in 13 states have benefited from Eligibility Manager's simple, effective processing of eligibility data, and from our friendly, effective support.

Since 1997 our focus has been on healthcare data tools. Cap Check and PremiWare were the result of clients asking for help solving other needs. They started having an impact in 2001.

Goals

We get a thrill out of making things work more easily for people. There are two sides to this: 1) the enjoyment of solving problems, and 2) the fulfillment of helping others. We remind ourselves that although we are a business providing services to other businesses, we are people helping other people. This is very important, as the the business world has become more impersonal.
